Frey - Chocobloc Lait (Switzerland)

NET WT 3.5 OZ (100g)

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, dried whole milk, dried skimmed milk, honey 3.0%, almonds 1.6%, butter oil.
Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, dried egg white, flavours.
Contain traces of hazelnuts and peanuts.
Cocoa solids: 34% minimum in chocolate.
Milk solids: 18% minimum in chocolate.
Nougat: 9%

100g contain the following:
Energy value: 2240kj (536kcal)
Protein: 7g
Carbohydrates: 57g
Fat: 31g

To store in a cool, dry and smell-free place. It is made from Switzerland. This chocolate is made up of fine milk chocolate with almond-honey-nougat.

That is how it look inside.. It is individually shaped triangular..

You can see it clearly from the picture above that there is this white in colour thing. That is the nougat. There are two basic kinds of nougat: white and brown. White nougat is made with beaten egg whites and is soft, whereas brown nougat (called nougatine in French) is made with caramelized sugar and has a firmer, often crunchy texture. A nougat is a chewy or brittle candy containing almonds or other nuts and sometimes fruit.

The taste aint bad. =D You can actually feel the nougat stick to your teeth a little bit. The nuts inside bring the taste of the chocolate to another level. =D Worth trying..
